Copies of fire incident reports cost $24 each and can be requested by downloading the Fire Incident Report Request form below. Complete the interactive form and return it with payment to the District Administration office at the address on the form.
PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST
- Requests for Public Records can be sent to our office via Email to firstname.lastname@example.org, Fax (209) 869-7475, or brought in to our Administration Office.
- Cost of Public Records is calculated by the amount of copies requested.
